  2. Is there a PSX Savegame editor out there?

Q1: How can I convert my save games between different emulators or the real PSX?
A1: You can use a memcard converter.  You can find several converters at Aldo's Tools.

Q2: Is there a PSX Savegame editor out there?
A2: Yup! Lucky for you there is this nifty program called PSXGameEdit which can be found at http://moberg-dybdal.dk/psxge. This program is a PSX memory card manager as well as an editor for the PSX saves themselves.
