General Questions
Q1: MDEC Player?  What's an MDEC?
A1: MDEC's are those nice little movies (FMV's) that play during PSX games.  Most players available let you play and extract those movies to your computer.

Q2: What MDEC Players are available?
A2: The ones that I know of are PSmplay, PSXPlay, and PsxTulz.  PSmplay is great, and not only can you play MDEC's but you can extract them to .avi or .mpg format.

Q3: Where can I get get these players?
A3: You can download players and utilities from the PSXEmu.com "Misc. Tools" section.
